Heraldic Leather  make sure that all compensations & benefits in compliance to legal requirements are given to workers. Minimum wages are as per local law and overtime compensation is also paid at twice than normal pay. We also offer all legal benefits to all our employees like, social security, EOBI, Insurance, gratuity, bonus, leaves, sick, annual and maternity leaves to all our valued employees in compliance to law.

Heraldic Leather  managements is fully committed to ensure the working hours in compliance to legal requirements as per International policy. We make sure for all our employees not to work more than 48 hrs per week and working hours are also allowed up to 12 hours per week. We provide one full day rest to all our employees on Sunday, which is our local holiday.
